The majority of products from Sav-A-Jake International, Inc. have a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects. We will gladly exchange any of our products for same item if a manufacturer defect is determined within the 1 year period. If a product we offer does not fall under our manufacturer's warranty, it will be disclosed in that item's descriptive information.
Sav-A-Jake International, Inc. MUST BE NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE prior to returning any product to obtain a return authorization number.

RETURNS:
General product returns and exchanges will be accepted for 30 days from date of confirmed delivery. Any returned product must be in new, unused condition upon receipt. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. You MUST contact us in advance of returning a product to obtain a return authorization number. However, if there is a manufacturer defect that falls within our warranty period, the product can be shipped back to us for repair or replacement.
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS, WARRANTY CLAIMS, AND EXCHANGES. Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee subtracted from purchase price. If the product was shipped with a free shipping discount, the original cost of shipping will also be deducted from the refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If a product is returned for an exchange, buyer will be responsible for shipping costs for exchange. IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING LARGE QUANTITY ORDERS: Quantities of more than 10 of a of a single item ordered or any order of $500 or more have a special return and exchange policy. Orders over $500 cancelled after 72 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Orders of greater than 10 of a single item or $500 and up will incur a 30% restocking fee if exchanged and 50% fee if returned for refund. We encourage you to contact us PRIOR to placing a large order to ensure you are ordering the correct product that will suit your needs. Fulfillment errors that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product must be reported to us NO LATER than 3 days after delivery for correction. Upon notification of an error, we will correct the error at our expense.
