7.5 mm Hybrid Personal Escape/Life Safety Rope

 

The design is exclusively from BlueWater Ropes.   It has a sheath construction ratio of 50% Technora and 50% Polyester and 100% Nylon core strands.   The Technora provides necessary fire resistant properties while the polyester provides high visibility. Technora has the highest heat resistance of any aramid available today. Better fiber flex fatigue resistance makes it the ideal choice over aramids of the past. The hybrid sheath operates in a very controllable and smooth manner in descent devices designed for small ropes.

 

UL Classified to meet NFPA 1983/2006 edition standards for Personal Escape Rope. Diameter: 7.5mm

Tensile Strength: 3,372 lb. per foot
